From contract negotiation to final delivery, complex customer programmes depend on careful coordination at every stage. SINPROTEC GmbH has appointed Elisabeth Griesmeier as Senior Operations Manager, strengthening its ability to manage long-term customer programmes across the full project lifecycle.
Elisabeth joins SINPROTEC in September 2026 with more than 20 years of experience in customer service and support, as well as project management and operations. Since 2012, she has worked in the international mine clearance and defence sector, supporting German Army programmes as well as international customers and organisations in defence and humanitarian mine action.
Her experience includes long-term service and procurement programmes and complex international customer projects involving multiple stakeholders with demanding delivery requirements.
Elisabeth trained as an Industrial Business Management Assistant and holds further qualifications as a Certified Marketing and Sales Specialist and Certified Business Professional. She has also completed project management training based on the IPMA Competence Model.
As Senior Operations Manager, Elisabeth will be responsible for contract negotiations, customer care, project planning and coordination. She will lead interdisciplinary project teams and hold responsibility for budgets and schedules, while overseeing order fulfilment from initial quotation through to successful delivery, including export and customs handling. The role will also include the ongoing optimisation of processes and workflows across the business.
