SINPROTEC appoints Damir Stimac as Chief Sales Officer

SINPROTEC GmbH has appointed Damir Stimac as Chief Sales Officer (CSO).

SINPROTEC GmbH has appointed Damir Stimac as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates the delivery of integrated solutions for complex explosive threat environments.

With 24 years of experience working with governmental and non-governmental organisations, the United Nations, armed forces and commercial demining, Stimac brings deep operational insight and a strong track record in translating complex field requirements into deployable explosive threat mitigation capabilities. He began his career at the Croatian Mine Action Centre (CROMAC), where he held senior roles within the International Relations Department, including Chief of Staff. Prior to joining SINPROTEC, he served as Sales Manager and Head of Sales and Marketing at two manufacturers of mechanical mine clearance equipment. Stimac holds a degree in Criminology from the Police Academy of Croatia in Zagreb.

In his new role, Stimac will lead SINPROTEC’s sales team and strategic sales initiatives, expanding the company’s global reach and further developing its presence in key markets. He will focus on building trusted relationships with decision-makers, end users, and procurement authorities, translating operational needs into tailored technical solutions. Additionally, he will develop partnerships with local distributors, and represent SINPROTEC at major humanitarian, defence, and security industry events.
